Refunds

We offer a comprehensive 30-day money-back guarantee from the original date of purchase for the majority of our SSL/TLS digital certificate solutions. If you purchase a certificate and decide it does not meet your technical requirements or operational expectations, you may cancel your order and request a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Window of Eligibility: Cancellation requests must be submitted through email to our billing department (sales@f-22stealth.co.za) within exactly thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the transaction was processed.
Application: This policy applies to certificates that are in a "Pending Validation," "Issued," or "Reissued" state.
